Omschrijving bijbaan

The company;
As an International Agent you will be calling businesses and consumers in countries throughout the world gathering market research data for major international companies.

The studentjob;
Please note that the company is an international company and all of our agents must have basic English skills.

The project is a B2B project, so Monday – Friday morning shifts 9am – 12:30pm and afternoon shifts 1pm – 5pm, project start date is 28th November with expected end date of 3rd February 2012.

We offer flexible working hours, so each week the agents send their planning a week in advance to our planning manager for the days and shifts they would like to work the following week, they can change their planning each week to suit their own schedule.

We require the candidates to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week, around 14hrs, and of course they can work more

For candidates who live outside of Rotterdam we will pay up to 7euros a day (maximum) for their travel expenses (by working a whole day, 7,5 hours)

Agents will be subject to a 4 week probationary period

Suitable candidates will first have to attend a training day which is a full days training from 8:45am – 5pm, the training day is not automatically paid, if the agent successfully passing their 4 week probationary period and work the minimum of 4 shifts per week, so 60hrs in the month, the we will pay them a bonus of 55euros for their training day, the agents will need to request for this to be paid

Candidates need to be available for at least 4 weeks

The training days are on Tuesday the 15th November, Thursday the 17th November, Tuesday the 22nd November and Thursday the 24th November

Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic interviews on a variety of subjects.
- Enter the data of the interviews in the computer
- Negotiate and schedule interview
- Attend briefing meetings for every new project
- Attend personal evaluation conversations

Requirements
- Be a native Speaker (German)
- Have very good communication skills
- Are outgoing and enthusiastic
- Have basic computer skills
- Available for and want flexible working hours
- Would like to work in an established international market research call center
