You leverage your marketing and people skills to perform an in-depth analysis of candidate behaviours, competitor's employee value proposition, and labor market situations in various countries around the world.
During this internship, you will be performing both quantitive and qualitative research that will allow us to design new Talent Attraction strategies. You will perform research on our competitors (employer branding strategies, salary levels, secondary benefits), candidate behaviors (what kinds of candidates are interesting for us, what do they value), and labor markets in general (what is an acceptable salary range for role X in country Y, what labor laws should we take into account). The end goal is to map your results in a clear and business-savvy way, so that your research can be utilized for Talent Acquisition purposes in the best way possible.
You will report to, and be guided by, our Global Talent Attraction Lead. You will also work closely with other research teams to ensure that you have all the knowledge and tools that you need.
