German-Speaking Travel Customer Service Agent at KLM

You will handle a variety of questions and situations, making every day different. You actively think along with customers, look for suitable solutions and ensure a positive customer experience. You are also comfortable switching between different systems and online tools.
You will start with an intensive 8-week training programme. The training is fully paid and takes place full-time on location. After completing the training, hybrid working is possible, allowing you to work from home up to 2 days per week.
Working hours are between 07:00 and 22:00. During 3 out of every 4 weeks, you can submit your preferred shifts. For the remaining week, KLM will schedule your shifts.

An initial 7-month contract, including a 1-month probationary period, with the prospect of a permanent contract.

Wie ben jij
- You have at least MBO 4 / HAVO level of education or equivalent.
- You are available for 32, 36 or 40 hours per week.
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
- You have an interest in travel, aviation and/or customer service.
- You are comfortable working with computer systems and online tools.
- You are stress-resistant, flexible and solution-oriented.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call centre is a plus.
- Education or experience in tourism is a plus.
- You are available to attend the 8-week training programme full-time on location.

Denk aan dingen zoals talen, programma’s of tools waar je mee werkt, maar ook aan jouw persoonlijke skills: kun je goed luisteren, samenwerken of juist super gestructureerd werken? Bonuspunten als je een voorbeeld geeft van hoe je die skills inzet.

Werkervaring
Begin met je meest recente baan en werk zo terug. En nee, alleen een lijstje met taken is niet genoeg. Laat vooral zien wat je bereikt hebt. Heb je iets verbeterd, iets nieuws opgezet, doelen gehaald? Gooi het erin!
